Mahesh has over two decades of hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources Management. He has had successful stints at topnotch IT firms including Crompton Greaves, Deutsche Software and i2 Technologies, heading their HR divisions at various levels. Having played a major role in accomplishing critical global search assignments, he brings in a lot of experience in Staffing in Mid /Senior and Leadership levels.

Apart from heading client staffing, his primary role at Aavishkaar is business development, with prime focus on Staffing, Business Strategy Consulting and HR Consulting Services.

Vijayashree is at the helm of managing the entire backbone of our operations. She is responsible for foreseeing client requirements, managing delivery schedules and interfacing between client, our consultants, our research and operations team.

 

Adept at branding and PR, Vijayashree has been at the helm of communications for firms such as IPAN (a unit of J. Walter Thompson) and Way2Wealth Securities.
